Strip-out to final silicone. Microcement, travertine, stone tops, concealed lighting, wall-hung joinery and linear drainage. Waterproofing and tiling done once, done properly.

Who we are

A small company with one standard.

Ever since I was a kid I dreamt of creating and updating homes into a space for everyone to enjoy.

Patrick Agius founded PC Carpentry & Building out of a love for carpentry and renovation work, after more than a decade on the tools. Today it's a high-end residential renovation company specialising in bathrooms, full renovations, decks and pergolas, working from the Sutherland Shire down through the Illawarra to the South Coast.

Every job runs with full trades management on site, so there's one person accountable for the programme, the trades and the finish. We do the work as if it were for our own homes.
